Please read this agreement before activating creator access or applying for designer certification. It covers publishing, licences, revenue and payouts.
1. Scope and acceptance
This agreement is between you and the aircards.org platform (the platform) and applies to creators and certified designers selling digital card artwork. You must have capacity to contract and be permitted to sell and receive the stated payout asset where you live. Keep account, application and payout details accurate and current. Accepting the checkbox makes the displayed version effective for you; it does not retrospectively change completed orders. Platform terms and privacy information also apply. Contact: contact@aircards.org.
2. Creator access and certification
Submitting 3 valid artworks and accepting this agreement activates creator access. Each pending or published artwork counts once; drafts, returned and removed works do not count. Designer applications require active creator status, 3 valid submitted artworks and 20 distinct valid paying buyers, followed by design review. Certification grants no guaranteed sales, placement or income; it is not an independent professional qualification.
3. Originality and publishing standards
Publish only original designs or material with permission sufficient for paid licensing. Credit alone, a public download or non-commercial permission does not establish resale rights. Disclose material sources, commissioned work and AI assistance accurately when requested, and retain drafts and licences for review. Low quality, unfinished, copied, misleading or duplicate submissions may be returned or removed. Every paid artwork requires review before sale.
4. Copyright and third-party rights
You retain your rights in the artwork; upload does not transfer ownership to aircards.org. Obtain necessary permission for photographs, fonts, illustrations, trademarks and portraits. An issuer or card-network logo is not licensed merely because a template contains it. Do not sell copied official cards or imply endorsement. Do not include card numbers, security codes, personal identification or private information without a lawful basis.
5. Permission to operate the service
You grant aircards.org a non-exclusive licence, limited to providing and promoting this service, to store, technically resize, watermark, display, distribute licensed copies to buyers and show previews in platform promotion. Necessary hosting and payment providers may process content for those purposes. This does not permit unrelated resale, ownership claims or AI training. After delisting, stop new sales; retain only what is needed for existing lawful licences, disputes and legal records.
6. Buyer licences and delivery
A purchase grants personal, non-commercial, non-transferable use under the licence displayed at checkout; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of a physical card. Resale, redistribution and sublicensing are prohibited. Supply the promised clean PNG and accurate preview. Paid artwork is decorative and carries no banking, credit or payment function. Technical/device compatibility must not be misrepresented.
7. Prices and promotions
Select from platform price tiers. Platform discounts may reduce what the buyer pays; review published promotion conditions before participating. Revenue is based on the discounted amount actually collected, not the crossed-out price. The order freezes its price, discount, share rate and licence version. Later price changes or certification do not rewrite past orders.
8. Revenue calculation and exceptions
Net revenue is actual order payment less verified payment-channel fees. Creators receive 60% and certified designers 75% of net revenue; the remainder belongs to the platform. Amounts are rounded to USD cents. Unknown fees or non-USD fee records stay pending verification. Refunds, chargebacks, duplicate payments, fraud and unresolved disputes may hold the affected earnings; verified corrections are itemised, including recovery from future earnings after payout. You may request an explanation and review.
9. Settlement and USDT payouts
Earnings are recorded in USD and settled at month-end. Earnings must complete 14 days of observation and reach USD 20.00, with an eligible payout account; smaller balances carry forward. A settlement statement is not proof of payment. Payouts use USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BSC/BEP20). The platform fixes the payout quantity at 1 USDT per USD 1 of settled earnings: USD 20.00 is payable as 20.00 USDT. The platform bears conversion costs and BSC network transfer fees without deducting them from settled creator earnings. Your wallet or exchange may charge its own subsequent fees, which you bear. This is a platform settlement rule, not a guarantee of USDT market value or redemption. USDT carries issuer, custody, depegging and network risks and is not a bank deposit. Use an address you control that supports this exact asset and network, not a token contract. New or changed addresses have a 48-hour hold; format validation does not prove ownership or compatibility. Statements record payable units, conversion basis and transaction reference. The platform never asks for private keys or recovery phrases. Wrong-address or wrong-network transfers may be irreversible; the platform remains responsible for its own errors. Chain confirmation and exchange crediting may take different times.
10. Compliance and taxes
Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or fabricated sales/buyers. Comply with laws applicable to you, including tax reporting and restrictions on digital assets. Where required, provide proportionate identity, rights, source-of-funds or payout eligibility information through a secure channel. If a lawful payout cannot be completed, affected payments may be paused with an explanation and review route; this is not automatic forfeiture of legitimate earnings. No anonymity, tax exemption or regulatory approval is promised.
11. Copyright complaints and review
Rights holders may report the work URL, rights basis, supporting material and a contact address through the report tool or contact@aircards.org. aircards.org may suspend related sales, delivery or earnings while reviewing a credible complaint and notify the creator where lawful. Creators may submit an explanation and evidence for review. Do not file malicious or false notices. Review is a platform decision, not a court ruling or a guarantee of non-infringement.
12. Orders, remedies and responsibility
Change-of-mind, mistaken-purchase or preference refunds are not offered. Duplicate charges, failed delivery and statutory remedies are handled through order help and verified records. This does not override mandatory consumer rights or payment-provider decisions. You are responsible for losses caused by your rights violations or inaccurate delivery; the platform remains responsible for its own conduct. Liability depends on fault, causation and applicable law; this agreement does not impose unlimited indemnities or waive non-excludable rights.
13. Privacy, records and security
Public profiles and previews are visible; payout addresses, application reasons and private files are not public profile content. Access is limited to authorised processing and necessary providers under the privacy notice. Blockchain transfers expose addresses, amounts and transaction history publicly. Keep only records needed for legal, accounting, dispute and delivery purposes for no longer than necessary. Request access, correction or other applicable data rights through the contact page. Watermarks and smaller previews reduce copying risk but cannot prevent screenshots or guarantee protection.
14. Changes, suspension and ending participation
You may stop new sales and request account closure. Breaches or concrete risks may lead to proportionate restrictions, with reasons and an opportunity to respond where lawful. Ending participation does not erase lawful existing buyer licences or unpaid legitimate earnings, nor prevent necessary record retention and claim handling. Material changes to shares, authorisations or payout conditions will be announced with a new version and require renewed consent where appropriate; no retroactive rewriting of completed orders. Contact contact@aircards.org to seek review or resolve a dispute. Seek an amicable solution first; if unresolved, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable rules. This agreement chooses no exclusive court or arbitration forum and does not exclude mandatory rights.
